To say Bonita Bay is THE spectacular gated community in the heart of Bonita Springs with the best natural landscaping and miles and miles of bike paths available is an understatement. Bonita Bay has a private beach club directly on the Gulf of Mexico with chairs and umbrellas, showers, cabanas with grilles, even an icemaker. BB has 5 golf courses ~ 2 designed by Tom Fazio and 3 by Arthur Hills (membership required) but trial memberships are available. The Ritz Carlton is down Vanderbilt with one of Naples most famous beaches and plenty of parking, and the Trianon Hotel is right outside the gate and it features the Lake House, a local favorite outdoor spot where you can lunch and catch some sun with the local alligator. Shopping includes the Promenade, where a wonderful new New York Restaurant and deli with a wine shop is opening in the fall of 2014, Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets in Estero, Gulf Coast Town Center and the Mercato in North Naples off Vanderbilt Beach Rd.
